How do organisational extract searches differ from organisational searches?
Organisational extracts search
You can use the ACN or ABN as the search criteria for this search. Results are limited to current, historical or relational extracts for the following:

Organisational search
This search allows you to use the search criteria:
- organisation name
- ABN
- ACN
- business registration number and the state.
Extracts and documents are available for the following:

No satisfied charges extracts or relational extracts are available for organisation type MISM and BUSN.
What information will I get from a current extract?
The details in an extract vary with the type of organisation and are typically current organisation and document details.

The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) only requires that limited information be lodged for registered Australian bodies (RACN). We recommend that you complete a search with the appropriate authority in its place of registration.
What information will I get from a historical extract?
The historical extract includes all the details in the current extract plus any past details relevant to the organisation type, including lodged annual returns.

What information will I get from a relational extract?
Where available, a relational extract will return the following information about an organisation:
- companies in which the subject is one of the top 20 members
- companies for which the subject is the ultimate holding company
- corporations for which the subject is a director
- foreign companies for which the subject is a local agent
- managed investment schemes for which the subject is the responsible entity
- licenses held by the subject company for securities dealers, securities investment advisers, futures dealers and futures advisers.
Relational extracts are available for the following:

Not all these organisation types have relational data. If no relational information is available, an error will display, and charges won’t apply.

What is the correct format to enter an ACN and ABN?
- ACN – nine digits
- ABN – eleven digits
Do I need to immediately print or save these results?
No, you don’t need to immediately. Your results will be available through your Confirm inbox for 30 calendar days after you place your order. If you don’t retrieve your results during that period, you’ll need to re‐order them.
