Redesigning South Australian land title searches

How we’re using continuous service delivery to meet the need for more online services.

At CITEC Confirm we love bringing new services online for our customers. In the coming months, we’ll be doing a number of new releases to deliver South Australian land searches online.

By releasing services incrementally, we can prioritise key products for faster delivery, and apply improvements as we progress, based on customer feedback.

The first services that we’ve released are our new Title search by street address and Title search by volume/folio.

So what’s changing?

We’re introducing a new online Title search by street address. Simply enter a full or partial street address, and we’ll retrieve a list of all available titles for properties matching that address, free of charge.

You can browse the list of available titles and select as many as you require. Each title you order will incur a separate charge, and we’ll show you the total cost before you place your order.

We’re making it easier for you to order the right land title, first time.

Search results available online, via email and stored in your Confirm Inbox

Our title searches by address and volume folio will be available immediately from the My results page when you complete your search. You can download individual land titles as PDFs, and for multiple land titles we’ll provide a ZIP archive of all your search results.

You can also request an email of your search results, and your searches will be stored in your Confirm Inbox for 30 days, if you need to download copies later.
