This month marks Confirm’s 30th year as one of Australia’s leading information brokers.
Established in 1989, Confirm has been a market leader and innovator in information brokerage for three decades making government information accessible to businesses.
Michelle Chambers, Senior Business Development Manager, spoke about how Confirm has developed to provide more convenient information access to clients.
“In the beginning, Confirm only offered access to Queensland land information, but we now provide online services on behalf of a number of agencies, through the Confirm website,” Michelle said.
“We assist clients from banks and law firms to insurers and governments across all-levels to complete tasks such as lodging documents, debt collection, undertaking asset discovery, or processing insurance claims.”
Michelle also spoke about how important customer support has been for clients. “Our customers are at the centre of everything we do.”
“Our service centre has been integral to providing targeted support services to our clients, whether it is face-to-face, over the phone or by email,” Michelle said.
What’s next for Confirm?
As for future objectives for Confirm, Michelle commented about how important providing online services is for businesses across Australia.
“As always, Confirm is committed to delivering safe, secure services online – making it easier for our customers to do business and get the information they need.”
“We’re working on improving the capabilities of our online services, making services more accessible and reducing queues at Court Registries and Government agencies,” Michelle said.
We’d like to thank all our clients for the support and loyalty that has enabled Confirm to thrive over the last 30 years. We value your business and look forward to providing you with services into the future.
